Examination period : 10 January 2018 to 2 February 2018
- - Test of Antimicrobial Efficacy
- - The test was performed in analogy to the method AATCC TM100:2012.
- - After application of 0.25ml germ suspension(dilution in 0.9% NaCl-solution) per specimen(2x2cm)
- - The specimens were stored individually in sterile petri dishes at 36°C.
- - At the end of the contact the germs were dissolved in 10ml BD D/E neutralization broth and the number of bacteria was determined by plate count method.
- - An additional sterilization of the sample material was not performed.
- - The examination was performed as threefold determination.
- - Test germ: Staphylococcus aureus(DSM 799), Escherichia coli(DSM 1576)
- - Contact points : 0 h and 24 h
- - Contact temperature : 36°C.
- - Nutrient medium : CASO-agar
- - Incubation : 2 days
